Working with WeegieWeb

Service terms

How proposals, payments and website projects work with WeegieWeb.

Before work begins

We’ll send you a written proposal confirming the pages, features, deliverables, price and delivery target. Your project begins once you’ve accepted the proposal in writing, paid the deposit and supplied the required content.

Payment

Fixed-price websites require a 50% upfront payment before work begins, credited towards the total project price. The remaining 50% is due within 30 calendar days of launch.

Bespoke projects may have different payment stages, set out in your proposal.

Content and feedback

You’re responsible for supplying accurate business information and ensuring you have permission to use any materials you provide. You’ll review and approve the website content before launch.

Delivery targets depend on receiving your content and feedback. Delays may move the launch date.

Revisions and additional work

Fixed-price packages include one consolidated revision round within the agreed scope. Extra pages, features or further revisions are quoted and agreed before that work begins. Bespoke revision allowances are specified in the proposal.

Hosting and ongoing changes

Hosting is £10/month. Hosting + Care is £30/month, including up to 15 minutes of content edits each month. Unused edit time does not roll over.

Domain charges, paid assets and third-party subscriptions are separate unless included in your proposal. Monthly services begin at launch, with billing and cancellation arrangements agreed beforehand.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the finished website, subject to third-party licences. Your domain remains registered in your own account.

Cancellation

If you cancel, we’ll provide an account of work completed and any agreed, non-recoverable costs. Payments already made will be credited against that amount, with any unused balance refunded.

These terms do not limit any rights that apply by law.
